What are the hours of operation?
Mickey: The True Original Exhibition is open from November 8, 2018 - February 10, 2019, Tuesday-Sunday from 10am - 8pm. The Exhibition is closed Mondays. To enter the Exhibition you must have a ticket purchased in advance. No tickets will be available at the event venue.
Our retail store is open to the public from November 8, 2018 – February 10, 2019, Tuesday-Sunday from 10am - 8pm. The store is closed Mondays.
How do you get there?
Mickey: The True Original Exhibition is located at 60 10th Avenue in New York, NY.
To arrive via subway, please take the A/C/E to 14th Street station. Head West on 14th Street towards 9th Avenue and turn right on 10th Avenue. The entrance lobby for Mickey: The True Original Exhibition will be on the Southeast corner of 10th Avenue and 15th Street.
To arrive via car or taxi service, please route to 60 10th Avenue, New York, NY and follow signs to the entrance.
Is there parking?
There is no dedicated parking on-site. Both paid and street parking are limited in the area so rideshares or public transportation is encouraged.
What time do I need to arrive prior to my timed ticket time?
Please plan to arrive at the time your ticket was purchased for. For example, if you purchased a ticket with a 12:20pm entry time, please plan to arrive at or before 12:20pm. Note: you may need to wait for up to 20 minutes for entry into the indoor waiting area. If you need to check your coat please plan to arrive 20 minutes early.
Are tickets available at the door?
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance online here.
What if I miss my ticketed time?
If you miss your timeslot your ticket is no longer valid and you will not be able to enter the exhibition.
Tickets are sold out for the date I want. How can I visit?
Please follow @MickeyTrueOriginal on Instagram, or check back to this website to learn about new ticket sales. Please note there are no tickets available at the door and purchases on third party sites are not allowed. IDs will be checked to match tickets to ensure that tickets are not sold on third party websites.
How long should I plan to be inside the exhibition?
Plan to give yourself 90 minutes to enjoy the full experience. Some visitors may take less time and some may take more, but you should plan on 90 minutes.
What if I need to cancel/change my date? Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
All tickets are final sale and cannot be changed or canceled. Tickets are non-transferable. One person in the party must match one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID.
Can I use a ticket even if my name isn’t attached to the reservation?
Only one attendee's name from your party needs to match the ticket.
Are photos/videos allowed?
Photos and videos inside the space are encouraged. Please note: we do not allow selfie sticks or professional camera set ups (for example, tripods).
Is there an audio tour available?
There is not currently an audio tour available.
Are strollers allowed in the exhibition?
Due to the interactive nature of the exhibitions, strollers are not allowed inside Mickey: The True Original Exhibition as they impact both your and your fellow guest experience.
Is the exhibition wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Is there food available? Can I bring in my own food and drink?
There are some food samples included in the exhibit as well as water for purchase in our gift shop. We do not allow outside food or beverage.
How many tickets can I purchase at one time?
Each customer may buy 20 tickets at one time. Please remember tickets are non-transferable. One person in the party must match one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID.
Is there a children’s ticket? What ages need a ticket?
Children ages 3 and under do not need a ticket. All other attendees must purchase a ticket in advance online here.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the Exhibition. Service and guide dogs are welcome
How long will the exhibition be in NYC? Where will it go next?
The Exhibition will run from November 8, 2018 until February 10, 2019. Please follow @MickeyTrueOriginal on Instagram or check back to this website for updates on future plans.
Are foreign language materials available?
At this time no foreign language materials are available inside the Exhibition. If you have questions or needs on-site, please don’t hesitate to ask a Cast Member for assistance.
Can I just go to the pop-up shop?
Yes. Our retail store is open to the public from 10am - 8pm Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays)
What forms of payment do you accept at the gift store?
We accept cash as well as all major debit & credit cards.
Do you host private events or have corporate partnerships?

Are there Cast Member Discounts?
There is no Cast Member discount for tickets.
Are you hiring staff for the exhibition?
